    Troubleshooting: Failed to Link Your Bank Card

    There are a few common scenarios why you may not be able to link a new Bank Card to your Bybit account. Please follow the troubleshooting steps below to resolve your card linking issues.

     

    Common scenarios

    Tips

    Invalid Bank Card information:

    • Cardholder name

    • Card number

    • Expiration date

    • CVV

    Please make sure the Bank Card information or format you’ve entered is valid/correct, and try again.

    Format error

    Expired Bank Card

    Please contact your card issuer to replace your Bank Card. You may use an alternative Bank Card to place the order first

    Closed Bank Card account

    Please use another Bank Card to make the purchase.

    Declined by card issuer

    Please ensure your Bank Card is eligible for international and online transactions.

     

    If the Bank Card payment issue remains unresolved, please contact your card issuer for support.
